Can we bring our dogs?

Unfortunately, being next to a working farm, we need to respect our neighbours and are unable to allow dogs at this time. This will hopefully change in the near future.

The Pods can be booked together as long as they include families and/or couples. We do not allow bookings for large same sex groups eg. Stag parties/hen parties etc. We have a minimum noise policy after 9:30pm. The maximum number of adults in each pod is 2.The maximum number of children is 4.

Are we allowed to use a bbq/firepit?

A BBQ/firepit is included in your stay at Hidden Valley Pods. These are located in your private garden area and starter packs can be purchased for an additional fee. You are allowed to bring disposable BBQs, as long as they are placed on top of the fire pit whilst lit. If using the firepit, please ensure that they are cleaned ready for the next guests.

Is there onsite parking?

Each pod has 1 allocated parking space. There is more parking close by for any guests traveling in more then 1 car. There is also a disabled parking space close to the pods too. Please inform Danielle if bringing more then 1 car.

Music IS allowed outside in the garden areas, providing it is not too loud and does not disturb the other guests or neighbours.  All music must be switched off and noise kept to a minimum after 9pm to respect others in the area. The quieter you are, the more you will get to experience and enjoy the countryside. We request that all guests be back in their pods by 10pm.

The hot tubs will however be at desired temperature from your first evening, so you can enjoy them on both nights.
